After 15 years of yoyo dieting, bouncing off of different gym programs, martial arts and group fitness classes I found consistent success at Champions Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai in gaining control of my health.

The class structure, coaches and fellow students create an amazing environment for self improvement and have changed my life for the better.

In the last 8 months I’ve lost 52lbs, learned self defense, gained friends, and even participated and placed in a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament! At 35 I am the most fit I’ve ever been.
